Whereabouts are you?

We’re based at 38-40 Walnut Road, Chelston, Torquay, TQ2 6HS. There is one hour on street parking directly outside or unrestricted on street parking about ten metres up the road. We are approximately a ten minute walk from Torquay train station, fifteen minute walk from the Sea Front and around a twenty to thirty minute walk from Torquay Town Centre.

What are your opening hours?

We are open from:

9.15am-6.00pm Monday to Friday (late night opening until 8.00pm on Thursdays)

9.15am-3.30pm on a Saturday.
Pre-booked Sunday appointments are available  from 1.00pm-5.00pm.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

We provide all you need for your treatments with us.

If you are having a pedicure we request that you bring or wear flip flops/open toed shoes for going home in after your treatment.

If you are having a spray tan we advise that you wear dark loose fitting clothing.

Is there any advice pre-treatment I need to know?

Spray tan – Think of a spray tan similar to a manicure, for the best finish you need to apply a base-coat, two coats of colour and a topcoat. For the base-coat, the day before your spray tan exfoliate and moisturise your whole body, on the day of your tan just exfoliate your body. During your spray tan, we’ll apply any barrier cream and the tan as necessary. For the top coat, leave your tan to develop for the amount of time advised by your therapist and then moisturise after showering, exfoliating your body every 2-3 days.

Body wraps – We advise wearing old underwear or anything you don’t mind getting cream on. although we can provide disposable briefs if needed.

Is there any advice post-treatment I need to know?

Following your treatment with us you will be provided with all the advice relating to your treatment. Wherever possible go home and relax to gain as much benefit from the treatment as possible, keep up with your water intake and eat as cleanly as possible.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes we accept all major credit and debit cards.

Are there any times when you wouldn’t be able to carry out my treatment?

As a professional service we are committed to providing you with the best treatment possible and there are certain medical conditions for which it wouldn’t be safe or beneficial for us to carry out the treatment, or for which we may need G.P.s consent before we do so. If you are unsure, please give us a call before your appointment so that we can discuss the options with you. We will always do our very best to accommodate your requirements.

What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?

We understand that life happens and plans can change but we do ask that you provide us with 48 hours notice in respect of your therapist and to ensure that we do not turn people away unnecessarily for treatments. Failure to notify us will result in being charged for 50% of the treatment cost or a £10 admin fee if you have to reschedule.

What is the delivery on products/vouchers ordered?

We aim to process, dispatch and have your order with you within 3-5 working days.

Our standard delivery is £2.95 and free on all vouchers and orders over £35.00.
Next day delivery may be available, so please contact us with your requirements.

If a product is temporarily out of stock, we’ll contact you about the time-scales involved.

What if i need to cancel or return an item?

We want you to be completely happy with your products from us, so please don’t hesitate to contact us with any problems. You can cancel your order before dispatch for a full refund.

If you wish to return an item, as long as it is in re-saleable condition and within 30 days from date of purchase, you will get a full refund for the product.

Can you cater for couples and groups?

Yes absolutely. We have a dual treatment room for all massages, facials and body treatments. We also have dual pedicure and manicure suites. We cater for groups offering bespoke packages based on your requirements so contact us for more info and we’ll be only too happy to meet your needs, 01803 605260.
